So before purchasing, I definitely recommend browsing around and comparing prices to get the best value. I absolutely love the concept of these telescopic pencil cases; being able to stand your pens upright while drawing or writing is not only convenient but also saves space. The design is both practical and aesthetically pleasing — I instantly fell in love with their coffee cup-like appearance, which adds a fun, stylish touch to my desk. Between the two versions I tested, the green corduroy case and the black-and-white plaid cotton case, the plaid one clearly has the edge in quality. The fabric construction feels more solid, and you can’t see underneath the outer white lining, unlike the green one where the inner structure is easily visible. Additionally, the interior of the plaid case has a sleeker, more refined finish, while the green case’s inner material is puffier and looks a bit messier by comparison. That said, I do appreciate the green version’s corduroy texture and its larger side handles, which make it easier to slide the top down. As for capacity, I was able to fit about 29 pens in the corduroy one, plus small accessories in the inner pockets, while the cotton/plaid case held about 33 pens and still had room for extras.
